Site visit
We check the substrate, levels and layout, and agree materials and pattern with you.

Preparation
Floors are levelled and prepared so tiles and planks bed properly without hollow spots.

Laying
Tiles and planks are laid to a set-out line, with tight joints and consistent patterns.

Grouting and handover
Joints are finished, transitions detailed, and the floor checked and cleaned before handover.

Common questions
Can you lay herringbone or decorative patterns?
Yes. We have laid herringbone brick, wood-look porcelain and encaustic patterned tiles.
Do you do laminate and vinyl as well as tile?
Yes. We install tile, laminate and vinyl plank, and can detail the transitions between them.
Can you refinish an existing parquet floor?
Yes. We sand and refinish parquet floors.
Do I need to buy the tiles first?
Not necessarily. We can advise on quantities and coordinate suppliers, or work with tiles you have chosen.
